Dear Ones,
I curate holistic health experiences to call forth the most authentic and beneficial versions of the Self. We are far too practiced at falsifying, depriving, hiding, and admonishing our-selves.
No doubt, focus on the self can be a daunting task, and without mindfulness could lead to egotism and great harm. We see this played out in politics and cultural norms regularly.
But when humility and interdependence are foundational, self-study (Svadhyaya in the Yoga lineage) can bring a sense of clarity, relief, and contentment. Then, only benevolence can prevail, since that is the root of who we are.
When we enter a healing space where compassion and acceptance are universal, we can give ourselves permission to make mistakes, express more freely, and ask for what we need.
I’m still practicing this my-self. It’s a process.
I offer these opportunities for you to practice as well.
I hope you’ll join me online or in Vermont in the days to come.
With love,
Sarah
