Four session series: Tuesdays, March 24 – April 14, 6:00-7:15pm
At Vergennes Movement: 179 Main St., 2nd Floor (Stair access only), Vergennes
Join us for a facilitated book group experience including practices and recipes inspired by the book Everyday Ayurveda for Women’s Health by Kate O’Donnell. This series welcomes anyone who had/has internal reproductive organs. Guided by Ayurvedic Practitioner, Sarah L. Frederiksen and Yoga Therapist, Jen Peterson, we’ll explore indigenous wisdom and practices from Yoga and Ayurveda which support aging well through life’s transitions. Let us share our intuitive wisdom in community, lift the veils of negative connotation, and empower ourselves to feel well in mind, body, and collective!
Attend as many sessions as you like!
